StellarCube met with Elpis Labs in New York to discuss PainCube’s U.S. market entry and fundraising strategy.
During the meeting, we introduced PainCube’s technology and business model and discussed key areas that need to be further refined from the perspective of U.S. investors, including valuation, competitive landscape, fundraising size and use of proceeds, U.S. corporate structure, GTM strategy, and exit strategy.
We also explored potential opportunities to connect with U.S. healthcare and biotech investors and industry networks through Elpis Labs, while establishing new touchpoints with specialized legal networks in U.S. investment, corporate structuring, and intellectual property.
Through this meeting in New York, we were able to further clarify the key priorities for PainCube’s U.S. expansion across investment, legal, and business development, and define a more concrete direction for local fundraising.
Moving forward, StellarCube will continue expanding its engagement with Elpis Labs and other local partners and professional networks, while accelerating PainCube’s U.S. market entry, fundraising efforts, and global commercialization.
