The Company uses your information only for the purposes listed below. If the purpose changes, we will obtain your consent in advance.

• Sending an automatic acknowledgement email confirming receipt

3. Retention and Disposal

Inquiries are not stored in a database. They are delivered to the responsible staff member by email and retained in that mailbox.

Once the purpose of handling your inquiry has been fulfilled, the Company deletes the email without delay. Where retention is required by applicable law, we retain it for the period that law prescribes.

You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below, and the Company will act on the request without delay.
