StellarCube collaborates with Hansung University on capstone design
Developing field-ready talent through converged AI and data technology

StellarCube, a specialist in AI and data, ran a converged AI and data capstone design project with Hansung University's Department of Applied AI as part of its industry–academia cooperation.
The project was carried out with five students from the Department of Applied AI (team name: Ctrl+Z), with the goal of developing an LLM-based platform that automatically generates converged AI analysis reports through the collection, refinement and optimization of urban data across culture, tourism and daily life. Through it the students acquired the data analysis skills and large language model (LLM) capabilities that industry requires, on a practice-centered basis.
Practical industry–academia cooperation connecting industry and study
The collaboration is significant in that it built a substantive industry–academia model connecting industry and study, by passing on to the classroom the AI and data expertise and know-how StellarCube has accumulated.
Drawing on experience from numerous projects — including Cultureplus, its AI persona-based cultural matching service, a Google review sentiment analysis service and a mobile network-based footfall analysis service — StellarCube supported the students in carrying out problem-solving projects using the latest LLM models including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
A cultural persona built only for you
StellarCube's Cultureplus service analyzes information on roughly 8,600 cultural facilities nationwide together with mobile network, card and POS data to generate AI personas reflecting gender, age, income and spending patterns, then automatically recommends cultural content along with nearby restaurants and accommodation to match.
The AI persona-based personalized service is credited with raising satisfaction and participation in cultural consumption, contributing to the wider vitality of the culture and arts industry.
Reading how people really think through social sentiment analysis and data
StellarCube has analyzed Google Maps reviews for 84 major tourist and commercial areas in Seoul, using positive and negative sentiment analysis to identify the factors behind visitor satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
It also combined mobile network data with more than 20,000 booking records in an analysis of yacht tours in Busan, identifying visitors' routes, dwell times and spending patterns and thereby contributing to the spread of stay-based local spending.
